How to request an exchange?

The exchange period is from 1 to 2 working days from the date of receipt of the order in Jeddah + Mecca.
When choosing immediate delivery (special courier), you can test the product and return it at the same time to the courier.
Exchange and return policy:
Certainly, you can request an exchange or return of the product as long as the shipment is intact and in its original condition without any damage, bearing a shipping fee of 60 riyals.
This must be done within 1 to 2 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Only one exchange is allowed; after that, no exchanges or returns are permitted.
The exchange and return process is very easy through us when requesting the exchange or return service.
Shipping fee is 60 riyals.
Note: The shipping fee paid at the first order is non-refundable and not part of the exchange policy.
How to return the product to the seller?
Once the customer requests an exchange, a shipping label is sent to the customer.
The customer then goes to the nearest SMSA branch to deliver the label and the product.
Within 24 hours of sending the label to the customer, the product must be sent to SMSA.
If the product is not sent to SMSA with the label within 24 hours, the exchange will not be accepted afterward.
Cases where exchange and return are not accepted:
When the product has been used by the customer for more than 24 hours and there is proof of this, and the customer has requested it.
When the exchange request is made after the specified time, which is 24 hours from the date of receipt.
When the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as when received, or if the LIN fashion card is damaged on the product.
Exchange and return fees for all regions of the Kingdom:
Exchange and return fee is 60 riyals round trip (international shipping available).
Delivery time is from 3 to 5 days within the Gulf Cooperation Council, from 3 to 10 days to other countries.
(Note: For international shipping, customs fees are imposed by each country on incoming shipments according to each country's customs rates.)
